Airmove series
Airmove series is the latest hand-push mobile fan with large air volume developed by Kalefans; the total height of the fan is 2m, and the four casters can move freely indoors and outdoors. The fan blades are driven by PMSM permanent magnet synchronous motors with large output. And stable air volume; in the sweltering and irritating hot summer environment, Airmove can bring the cooling effect equivalent to more than 20 small fans; the fan is light and durable as a whole, and can be applied to most places with more complicated environments.
Advantages
PMSM technology, unique outer rotor high torque design, compared with traditional asynchronous motors, eliminates the frictional energy consumption of the gear reducer, a direct drive system directly driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor, eliminating the reduction box and improving the transmission efficiency.
Airmove series PMSM permanent magnet synchronous motors are manufactured more precisely, and the host is fully sealed to make it reach the ip55 protection standard, meeting the changing outdoor environment and at the same time possessing maintenance-free conditions.
The Airmove series fans have casters that can be moved freely, which can adapt to the requirements of constant changes in the workplace of personnel. The overall fan is a modular design, and each module can be installed or disassembled by the user, which is flexible and convenient.
The traditional asynchronous motor reducer fan needs to replace the gear oil every 20,000 hours of use, and perform high-altitude operations. Long-term vision considers that PMSM permanent magnet synchronous motors are maintenance-free and save money!
The common fan motors in the market need regular lubrication replacement; the Airmove series adopts PMSM motor, adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction, double-bearing transmission is completely sealed, and the motor is truly maintenance-free.
Using PMSM permanent magnet synchronous motor, the efficiency of the motor is as high as 84% through STIEE testing. According to the GB30253-2013 permanent magnet synchronous motor national standard, it reaches the national energy efficiency level one standard.
